Very new to Zoho although pretty well versed with other CRM products. As part of our migration process, we're testing specific areas of functionality.

On our old CRM we have a simple date formula explained like so:

Start = 01/01/2015

Finish = 10/01/2015

Difference = +9 Days

Is under 30 days? = YES

The above set of questions help us establish a client has performed a specific task within a strict 30 day time frame. Only when the client exceeds the 30 day limit is it of interest to us. If not, we do not take on that case.

I would really like some help with the formula function in Zoho, it seems to be a little harder to understand that other systems, although thats not a complaint, it equally seems to be more powerful.

The custom fields to enter the dates have been created but i can't seem to get the syntax correct.
