We have several custom "Account" fields in Zoho CRM that we need mapped to Zoho Support. I've searched through the setup and cannot figure out a way to add any custom fields to the CRM Integration feature for either accounts or contacts. For example, within CRM we have a custom field that shows the support level of the account.  We need to be able to "at a glance" identify the support level of that account within the request view without having to switch to CRM to check it.  

I understand "Contracts" / "Service Level Agreements" along with "Support Plans" can be added to accounts in Zoho Support and this requires enterprise access to Support.  However, even if we signed up for that service we would still need to modify thousand's of Accounts in Support, manually adding the appropriate Contracts / Support Plans to each one.   The problem I have with this is that we are currently using your CRM System to track this information via custom fields and these are not mappable and not syncable between CRM and Support.

Is this currently possible?   If not, does Zoho have plans to address these concerns?   If so, is there a time frame available for when these concerns might be addressed?
