Custom Filter problem

Hi,
In my application http://www.zohocreator.com/leejordan/elections3/
on the Elections tab I have created a View called CW that only shows those records where the Elected_Hub field = cablewireless.

I actually want this to be Cable&Wireless but whenever I add the & I get the error "An unexpected error occured. Kindly refresh the page".

Can you investigate this please? I have shared the application with support@zohocreator.com.
