Custom Profile Agents Unable to Update Mandatory Phone Number in tickets under Zoho Desk

Hi,

While working in the Ticket module in Zoho Desk, agents with a custom profile are unable to update the Phone Number field (which is mandatory) under Account Information. The agents need to enter values such as "NA" or "Nil" in the field to close the ticket, but they are unable to do so. All necessary permissions have been granted in the Ticket module.
