Custom Views

I just discovered that My sales reps can change the content and the order of the content in any of the views. Our company wants to standardize what the default views are but can not do this when the reps have access to change the content of the views. Is there a feature that prevents them from doing this? I would like for them to be able to create their own views if they want but we need to lock down the default ones.
