Customer plug-in / Remote Sessions Not Connected

Not impressed with the connection issues that have been ongoing recently, customer tries to connect via the Customer plug-in and the session hangs without establishing a stable connection a popup error appears.


Also the same ongoing issues when a customer finally is able to connect we can't share the screen, why is this remote access tool so buggy and have performances issues for 1 hr today wasting time with a customer to connect to a session it's a very unprofessional service we are providing to our customers.


I have had to resort to using free license with Anydesk application to be honest I'm not happy about this, I pay for a annual Enterprise subscription I appreciate the fees are not expensive but the software has way too many bugs and performance issues to be using as a daily remote access tool, we won't be renewing the sub come September 2021 if the service continues to function as current conditions are.
