We are in the process of setting up ZoHo CRM and wish to understand is this is possible.

Our sales teams are divided up in geographical territories - But also based on the Customer segment. So we may have 2 sales people in New York 1 for LARGE Customers and another for SMALL Customers.

Qn - Is it possible to differentiate the 2 ?

Qn 2 - We are importing data from Magento and we have each Order Product by type - and also need to merge these into the CRM "model" we setup and configure - Is this possible
