Customer Success Pipeline
Hello all,
currently, we are using Leads -> Deals Pipelines to manage our Sales. So far so good.
Now, we rely heavily on activating dormant clients and nurturing active clients into ambassadors, or cross- or upsell active clients.
I can't wrap my head around how we could integrate those processes into zoho crm.
If a Person is only a lead when being completely new to our company, it would mean that our customer success processes would all be "deals" with according pipelines?
What about a client that is dormant quite a while, would that not mean he is back at lead status?
Are there any best practices concerning Customer Lifecycle Management?
