Customer ticket creation via Microsoft Teams
Hi all,
I'm looking to see if someone could point me in the right direction. I'd love to make it so my customers/ end users can make tickets, see responses and respond within microsoft teams.
As Admin and an Agent i've installed the zoho assist app within teams I can make tickets, I'd like my users to be able to do the same if possible.
