I have customised options for Lead Source on a Contact and for Stage on a Potential and these have worked fine for months. As of yesterday I now only see the old default options when I try to complete these fields. When I go into settings to customise the options it's still showing the ones I previously customised, they're just not showing when I am actually updating a Contact or Potential.
