Customizing quotes

We just switched to doing quotes on ZOHO and we want to be able to reflect savings on the quote. However, it seems that there are default fields (i.e. Terms & Conditions or Description) when creating a quote. The frustration is that we don't need Terms & Conditions on our quotes and Description doesn't show up on the PDF when I export it. When I tried adding a subfield for Savings to T&C or Description, the text box was one line and limited characters...and still didn't appear when exported as a PDF. We're trying to figure out if we can change the name of Terms&Conditions to 'Notes' and use that since that appears to be the only field that exports at the bottom of the quote. Customization to Quotes seems pretty limited.
