Un domaine personnalisé est devenu une nécessité absolue, non seulement pour les grandes entreprises, mais aussi pour les petites ou, dans certains cas, les familles. Nous avons toujours pensé que se lancer ne devrait pas coûter cher, ou plutôt ne devrait rien coûter du tout. Bien sûr, nos plans ont connu certain changements, Zoho Mail existe depuis près de 15 ans maintenant et compte plus de 15 millions d'utilisateurs dans le monde. Mais nous avons toujours veillé à protéger nos utilisateurs existants et à conserver un niveau de service gratuit pour les utilisateurs occasionnels.
Rembobinons un peu, vers 2012, nous avons annoncé que nous fournirions Zoho Mail gratuitement pour un maximum de 5 utilisateurs avec un support de domaine personnalisé. Dix ans plus tard, nous sommes toujours d'avis qu'il faut offrir un niveau entièrement gratuit, même si le paysage change et que presque tous les concurrents s'éloignent de ce modèle. Au lieu de supprimer le plan gratuit, nous donnons à nos clients le choix de choisir ce qu'ils veulent.
Depuis l'annonce faite par Google, il y a dix ans, de la suppression de son service gratuit pour les nouveaux clients, nous avons assisté à de nombreuses migrations vers Zoho, et nous ne nous attendons pas à ce qu'il en soit autrement cette fois-ci, les anciens utilisateurs étant également obligés de passer à la version supérieure. Parce que, le service n'a jamais été vraiment "gratuit", n'est-ce pas ?
Cependant, notre plan gratuit n'est pas la seule raison pour laquelle nous pensons que Zoho Mail et donc Workplace est une alternative viable. En effet, si et quand vous serez prêt à faire plus que de l'e-mailing de base, vous aurez le pouvoir de choisir parmi
une large gamme de plans tarifaires entre la version légère qui coûte moins d'1€ par utilisateur et par mois et la suite collaborative complète qui ne coûte même pas 6€ par utilisateur et par mois et qui comprend tout : e-mail, calendrier, tâches, stockage de fichiers, suite bureautique en ligne, chat d'affaires, réunions virtuelles et intranet social. combiner ces plans pour différents utilisateurs, sans limite de nombre d'utilisateurs dans chaque plan.
