Dépendance entre tâches




Certaines tâches doivent être accomplies dans un ordre particulier. Lorsque la réalisation d'une certaine tâche dépend du résultat d'une autre, la dépendance permet de les associer et de déterminer un ordre de travail. La diagramme de Gantt fournit une vue d'ensemble de vos tâches de bout en bout en vous aidant à les suivre facilement.

Types de dépendance

Zoho Projects supporte quatre types de dépendance :
a. Finish-To-Start (FS) : La tâche successeur ou dépendante ne peut pas commencer tant que la tâche précédente ou principale n'est pas terminée.
b. Start-To-Start (SS) : La tâche successeur ou dépendante ne peut pas commencer tant que la tâche prédécesseur ou principale n'a pas démarré.
c. Finish-To-Finish (FF) : Une tâche (successeur/prédécesseur) ne peut être terminée tant que l'autre tâche n'est pas terminée.
d. Start-To-Finish (SF) : La tâche successeur ou dépendante peut être achevée lorsque la tâche prédécesseur ou parent est sur le point de commencer.

Paramétrer la dépendance des tâches

Ces paramètres vous aident à configurer les paramètres de dépendance des tâches et à définir le type de dépendance par défaut. Avancez ou prolongez les dates des tâches successeurs ou reprogrammez-les en fonction de la date d'achèvement de la tâche prédécesseur et plus encore.

Avantages

  • Avancer les dates des tâches successeurs en cas d'avancement de la tâche prédécesseur.
  • Prolonger les dates d'échéance des tâches successeurs si la tâche prédécesseur est prolongée.
  • Modifier le calendrier des tâches successeurs en fonction de l'achèvement des tâches prédécesseurs.

Régler les paramètres des dépendances

  • Sélectionnez Zoho Projects >> Paramètres >> Configuration du portail >> Tâche et feuille de temps
  • Depuis l'onglet "Dépendance entre tâches" vous pouvez paramétrer la dépendance entre tâches.

  • Vous pouvez également régler la dépendance depuis l’icône "Paramètres dépendance" à droite de la page du diagramme de Gantt.

Note: "La dépendance par défaut - Automatique" est un type de dépendance qui sera attribué automatiquement en fonction des dates spécifiées pour les tâches principales et secondaires. Le mode automatique est le plus utile lorsque vous ne souhaitez pas décaler les dates de la tâche secondaire même si elles sont décalées pour la tâche principales.

Définir la dépendance dans le diagramme de Gantt (Chronologie)

Les dépendances peuvent être définies au sein d'un même projet ou entre les différents projets.

Entre les tâches de même projet ou entre les différents projets

  • Sélectionnez un projet précis >> Gantt et rapports >> Diagramme de Gantt.
  • Notez que dans la liste déroulante à droite, "Chronologie" est sélectionnée.

  • Survolez sur la tâche depuis laquelle vous voulez créer la dépendance et allez sur l'info. Vous pouvez y trouver des informations telles que la personne chargée de la tâche, la date de début, la date de fin, le statut de la tâche et les tâches précédentes/suivantes.



  • Choisissez entre les onglets "Prédécesseurs" et "Successeurs" en fonction de la dépendance que vous souhaitez créer, puis cliquez sur "Ajouter un prédécesseur" ou "Ajouter un successeur".
  • Dans la liste déroulante "Sélectionnez un projet", le nom de votre projet actuel sera affiché. Saisissez le nom de la tâche que vous souhaitez associer et cliquez sur "Définir la dépendance".

  • Si vous souhaitez créer une dépendance de tâche entre deux projets différents, choisissez un projet différent depuis la liste déroulante "Sélectionnez un projet", saisissez le nom de la tâche et créez la dépendance.


  • Vous pouvez également définir la dépendance depuis la barre de tâche dans le diagramme de Gantt. Cliquez et glissez une ligne depuis la barre de tâche principale et la tâche ciblée dans le diagramme de Gantt. Une dépendance est créée.


Modifier le type de dépendance

  • A partir de la page du diagramme de Gantt, allez sur la tâche pour laquelle vous souhaitez modifier le type de dépendance, cliquez sur l'info.
  • Choisissez entre l'onglet Prédécesseurs et Successeurs en fonction de la dépendance qui a été créée.
  • Cliquez près de la dépendance actuelle pour la modifier.

  • Vous pouvez aussi faire ceci depuis la barre de dépendance sur le diagramme de Gantt.

Dissocier la dépendance

  • A partir de la page du diagramme de Gantt, allez sur la tâche que vous voulez dissocier, cliquez sur l'info.
  • Survolez sur la dépendance et cliquez sur le bouton "Dissocier"

  • Vous pouvez aussi faire ceci depuis la barre de dépendance sur le diagramme de Gantt.


Définir la dépendance dans le diagramme de Gantt (Jalon)

  • Sélectionnez un projet précis >> Gantt et rapports >> Diagramme de Gantt.
  • Notez que dans la liste déroulante à droite, "Jalon" est sélectionné.

  • Suivez les mêmes étapes que celles indiquées ci-dessus depuis le diagramme de Gantt (jalon)
