Dashboard Reports

My account has two users (me and my trainee) wherein she is added as a user under List of Approved Email Addresses. We are using the BCC Dropbox Email Addresses on our individual outlook system for recording our tasks daily.Is it possible to show our email count per day specifically as individual emails rather than mixed up from my account alone? If so, may I have a guide on how to?
