Data Dictionary Again

3 or 4 times I have encountered these data dictionary errors while working on various apps. Once they occur you can't continue. They seem to clear themselves up after some time. I have asked about what causes them and have never received an explanation. It would be nice to understand if it is something I am doing so I can avoid it, and if there is anything I can do about it.
