Data export

I have a question before i continue work with zoho. Is it possible to expprt data from zoho. There is many answers how i can import but no info about export. Cause during trial i see that function is very limited. There is limit for amount and quality is awful, everything goes in csv and each acount goes in one cell what makes this file meaningless. I need this function to creat a list for mailing campaigns in service provider i work and am very satisfied with personalised service.
