Data inconsistant when more people are editing sheet

Hi Zoho!

I have a multiple sheet excel workbook imported in sheets.
It contains data about how many people have booked a trip on a certain date.
And I created a userform to enter new data. How can I save data from the userform in my sheet?
I want that several people are able to edit data at the same time or view it.

If more people were editing data at the same time directly in sheets it happened that we had different information about available space.
(depending on when somebody saved new data and someone else was checking for available space)

Example:
User1 opens sheet - only 1 customer space available on this date - enter new data but didn't save it yet
User2 opens sheet - same information but trip actually already fully booked

Can you give me a good suggestion how to solve this problem?
