Data match issue

I have shared my application Trademaster to you.
Please open the View "copy of testing reports and certificates", under "for clients" section.
You will find a report record for MTA PO# "MTA-0007-09".
The client PO number displayed is wrong here. It should be 100032486, but it shows 10031561.
This value is derived from PO_items Form. I have checked the record in Po-items and it is correct. Why is a wrong number derived in the View?
