data not receivedthrough File upload

I have made a questionnaire (shared to support) in which some of the questions require user to browse/upload a file. All other data are received but files uploaded by the user is not received. In fact, that particular question is not visible/mentioned in the returned/sent/filled questionnaire.

Please help.
