Data recovery in paid service
Hello,
We have accidentally created a major problem with one of our Creator databases/applications. We changed and removed some of the choices within a checkboxes field in the application not realizing that it would severely alter the data in the existing records. We now have several hundred records with incorrect data and have no way of reversing the affect.
We thought auto-backups were being created, only to realize after the fact that no backup exists. We are desperate to get this data back. Please let me know if you can help.
We are using the Zoho Creator Standard plan.
Is there any way to recover that data from an auto-backup or by any other means?
