Data Validation Before Sending to Email

Hello,

I am a newbie and I have created a form that my colleagues can add information like -- email, contact name etc.

After adding the information, I wanted to validate the data entry and send a custom email to that email generated by my team mates.

I hope you could help me figure it out.
