Good morning.

I would like to apply data validation for a field that is a Select Field (From a list of users).  The rule that is to be applied depends on the value of another Select Field (Choose from a list of possible Deal sources).  Depending on the Deal Source selected, it is either mandatory that the User field contains data or mandatory that it must not be completed.

Is this possible?  Normal Data Validation rules do not seem to be able to be applied to Select FIelds, but I am wondering if there is another way around this.
