databases?

Great programs... I am not a programmer, found this by accident and love all of the ZOHO programs I've seen so far.

Question: This program can not create stand alone programs and applications? The databases are integrated in the ZOHO site, yes?

I am creating web-forms connected to databases with retreivable records for members... this program is really not designed for that is it?

Do you outsource for this kind of creation?
