Decision Check on change{} events not firing correctly in IE

SkyZoho being development here:

creator.zoho.com/landofzc/skyzoho/form/111/

is behaving as I would expect in Firefox 2 but in IE 6 the the Decision Check on change{} events are not firing correctly.

To see an event fire it seems I have to check 2 boxes and then after that the behavior on further clicks seems unpredictable.

The radio button field is working as expected in IE, I don't seem to have any problems with it, it's just these Decision Check fields.

Can someone confirm this behavior for me or let me know if there is something odd about my IE 6 browser? Should I perhaps use a different field type for this functionality instead of Decision Checks?
