Deleted data from form is still showing up in reports

Deleted data from form is still showing up in reports

I deleted several records from the "iControl Release Detail" form within my application "iControl Partner Device Certification".  For some reason, these records still appear in the report "iControl Release Detail", but I cannot view them in the View of this same form.  Can you please delete these records permanently from this form?
