deluge > fetch data from another app?

deluge > fetch data from another app?

Regular form builder GUI allows this, why is it not possible in deluge? Ie. only <collectionvariable> = <formname>[criteria]; is allowed, rather than <collectionvariable> = <appnane>.<formname>[criteria]; or something like that?
