Deprecation of certain URL patterns for published Zoho Writer documents

Hi Zoho Writer users!
 
We'd like to let you know that we have deprecated certain URL patterns for published and embedded documents in Zoho Writer due to security reasons.
 
If the published or embedded documents are in any of these URL patterns, then their contents will not be displayed:
  • writer.zoho.com/public/<document id>
  • writer.zoho.com/writer/public/<document id>
  • writer.zoho.com/corporate/<document id>
  • writer.zoho.com/writer/corporate/<document id> 
This deprecation is necessary to address security concerns related to the use of older encryption and decryption methods to display content. This change will apply to US and EU data center users only and take effect on September 30, 2024.
 
You can get the new URL for any published or embedded document you wish to continue using. Please note that you need to update all links directing to the old URL.
