Detailed General Ledger has problem of exporting out to excel and missing ledger details for some accounts

I have been encountering some problems generating Detailed General Ledger report with Zoho books.

Firstly, I cannot export out the report of Detailed General Ledger to Excel. It will show this error message "invalid value passed for sort column", and then there will be an error page. 

Secondly, I found out that even though the report of Detailed General Ledger are generated but there aren't showing all accounts details. There are some missing accounts on the report. It is showing accounts until "T" and not all accounts start with "T".

Do you all have similar problems? Appreciate if someone can help advise and help me with the problem. I tried to email Zoho before but they only asked me to change the selected columns and try again. Of course, it failed to solve.
