Different access privileges for different users

Different access privileges for different users

I want to create an application in Zoho creator where:

Some fields can only be viewed/edited by the administrator
Some other fields can only be edited by particular users
Some records are only visible to particular users

I can see how to make records private to all/public to all/read-only to all. Is it poossible to differentiate the access permissions on a filed and/or view basis?
