Different users see different field names

Different users see different field names

I have recently edited a subform in the Opportunities module; added some columns and rewrote the field names in Hebrew.
When I open an opportunity it looks fine, but when my employees the same one, it still appears in English...

Any idea what I am doing wrong and how to fix it?
