difficulty downgrading to free version

I signed up to Zoho Creator to make an online membership database for a not-for-profit organisation. I had visited

www.zoho.com/creator/index.html

and clicked on the hyperlink: Create Online Database for FREE! but when I access my account settings page, there is a red banner at the top of the page that tells me that I am using the "Enterprise edition", and that it will expire in 15 days. I tried to downgrade to the free version by following the link. Doing this takes me to the subscription tab, and when I select "buy now" at the bottom of the free edition column, I am taken to the check-out. After I select the plan and click on "check-out" I hit a dead end and my request doesn't get processed.
