Currently, ZIA in Zoho Inventory automatically provides suggestions, such as sending order confirmation emails. However, there is no way to disable this feature.
In our case, orders are automatically created by customers, and we’ve built a custom workflow using webhooks to send confirmation emails. ZIA’s suggestions are not only irrelevant, but they also risk disrupting our process and misleading our teammates.
ZIA’s suggestions are not always relevant for all workflows or business models.
Teams should not be influenced by automation that doesn’t consider their custom logic.
Giving users control increases flexibility and ensures smoother operations in automated or advanced setups.
