Display uploaded image in a form while editing/creating that same record in the form

Display uploaded image in a form while editing/creating that same record in the form

Hi there! 

I have a form with an image field and i need that image to be displaied in the form while the user complets the rest of that same form or edits the record...

Any idea how to acomplish it?
