Just signed up for Zoho creator as it seems like the perfect fit for me. However the learning curve is quite steep. 

I'm trying to make a reporting system for our business.

I have a form with staff details. One of the fields is 'Level' which is a lookup to a level form (i.e level 1 to 5)

Then I have a third form which is a team setup form. I have a lookup field here for their name (and the possibility to add if missing). I get the name field to work, but also need the assigned 'Level' to show in a second field. 

So if I pick myself in the Name field, the Level field should also show in it's own field. I've tinkered with formula field, and lookup but cannot get both fields (name and level) to sync up. 

Also in a perfect world; I use the Team Setup form as a SubForm in the Reporting form I set up (which is the main reason for the system) and the name function works well including when adding a new employee, but need to be able to register both employee name AND level to be synced when adding a new employee in the subform/Team setup form.
