Displaying Values from another Form

Hi,

I hope this is a simple question as I'm just getting started with Creator.

I've got a Form called Contact Details which holds email, address, name etc.

I would like to have another Form that allows a user to enter in an email address and for the system to them either display the values for that Contact in the Contact Details database or for a message to say, "Sorry, that email does not exist".

Can anyone shed any light on how I might do this?
