Does anyone know what is the time frame for our Tickets to be attended to?
4 Days ago I sent a ticket to check if our vendor's email address/domain is listed as spam because for some reason, their emails kept being bounced back and we did not receive any notification.
As of yet, I have not received any indication that my query is being attended to. Is it due to the Chinese New Year / Lunar New Year celebrations?
I've never sent any tickets before so I am uncertain what is the standard time frame or period for our tickets to be attended to.
Probably I used the wrong method and approach... Maybe someone can point me to the right way?
