I'm testing it and the tester can't update the record and I can't get an answer from Creator Support. 

The error says "Invalid Entries Found, Recrtify and Try Again"

I don't know what these invalid entries are. When i tested it with my test account, I was able to submit.

At the bottom it says:

1. Permission denied

The tester has all relevant permissions. This tester has all the same permissions I had when I did testing. Since I can't get an answer from Creator Support, I'm wondering if this prodcut even works. My client is about to give up and start looking at other products for their customer portal.

SOLVED - in Customer Portal Permissions, on the permission set, scroll to the right and make sure "Modify All" is checked.
