Does URL redirect still function after payment made if payment button is in the form?

I'd like to use Zoho Forms for signing up new customers. We charge a setup fee and would like to include this in the form. However, I also need the customer to land on a specific page once that's done.

Will the customer be redirected to the URL specified in the Redirect to Website rule if there is a payment button in the form?
