Dublicate enteres in temp table

Hello, Please, help me. I wrote view https://creator.zoho.com/aerosib/testapp/#View:carTrans It generate temp table carTransTemp with function cargo.fillCarTransTemp(date dt). Formally it is select from autoTrans group by manager, fromFrgt etc Sometimes in temp table i have dublicated enteres, some times all ok. And i cant find some depend between my actions and result.
