Dynamic data tranfer from ZC to Z Sheet (ZS)

Hi

I would like to keep our managers updated on the data in ZC, via ZS where graphs dynamically shows the data. (like ODBC)

Is this possible? should I use Zoho DB & Reports for this purpose?
