Dynamic links in a view

Hello,

I don't know if is possible to do:

Put a link in a view based on form1, clicking in a specific link into a record open the form2 and automatically put value in lookup field (ID number of the record clicked in view). I have seen dynamic links in a view link but not in a form link.

Put a link in a view to change a boolean field inside the record. I know the "custom actions" option with a function, but I'm interest in a link.
