I have a project where team members are repeatedly entering the same values over and over again for a period of time (an hour or so), then values may change and they are entering those over and over for the next hour.

Is there any type of short-cut key that will auto-populate a field with the value that you had previously entered into the same field on the previous record? That would save a lot of time.
