Edit button brings up information for the wrong entry/row

I saw some recent posts describing this problem but no solutions yet.

We also ran into a problem with an application in which when we press "Edit" in a View it brings up the information for the wrong row. When I bring up the view there groups of contiguous rows that always bring up the information for the first row of that group. There are multiple groups of rows in the View that do this and they vary in the number of rows that appear to be tied to the wrong row.

I added the "ID" column to the View and I can see that many rows have the same ID!
Sure enough, when I click on any of the rows that share an ID number, I get the first row that has that ID.

The indexing got screwed up somewhere.

Can you fix this? I've shared the application "Recruiting students(Oct)" with Zoho support.

I'd be happy if I could export the tables and re-import them again (if that will re-index things properly) but I run into problems with importing the multi-line text fields.
