EDIT permission not showing up

EDIT permission not showing up

this is the database and form i created, http://creator.zoho.com/lordcenon/help-me-database/#

i did a lot of test by activating only the EDIT permission for the VIEW form, but when i test it on a run mode or user side, only ADD button is showing up which is not supposed to be, because i disabled permission for ADD and only the EDIT should which is not showing up.

please help or advise ... thanks :)
