Edit records using forms

Hi,
I use forms (embedded in my blogs) to gather some data, say
Eg:- Name , place , Date of birth

I enter 10 records ( some have the place or DOB missing -- to be entered later)

If i need to edit existing records.. i am using the "View" ( at creator.zoho.com)

Would it be possible to pass query using forms and retrive records and edit them, without having to use the "view"..

I am still learning.
Please help me understand
