edit this application broken for form

edit this application broken for form

I have a form that can't be accessed through edit this application. The normal form edit view is totally blank. If you go to the script tab, you can see form and field actions, but if you switch to form definition, you get a spinning cursor, but nothing ever happens. I really need this fixed.

I never got a response to my last request for help. I know I am using the free service, but I would hope to get some acknowledgment of this problem.
