Editing application -- Form View -- Dropdown choices not sho

Editing application -- Form View -- Dropdown choices not sho

I am trying to edit the options for a dropdown list. When I created the dropdown, I was able to edit the options in the list. Now, when I click to edit the dropdown list, the options do not display.

My account name is rroenigk.
My application name is Thicket Magazine Circulation.
The field name is Status.

Please help! I cannot use the application without editing this field.
