editing difficulties

while editing a form i have experienced these:
1- on clicking 'done' after editing a field, 2, 3 or 4 identical fields are inserted which then require deleting
2- on quite a few occasions label name is not accepted as the generic ones like 'dropdown 1' or 'single line 1' refuse to be replaced
3- label names inserted in the edit mode are not reflected in the application mode
