I have put together a purchasing application where I am uploading the vendor quote into the form.  I would like to email the vendor with the purchase order information when the form is submitted successfully.  I have figured out how to send the email to but have two questions.

1)  I have a Contact field in the form which looks up values from the Combined Name field in the Contacts form.  How do I get the email address from the Contacts form corresponding to this contact into the To: field?

2)  I would like to send the vendor quote (PDF) that is uploaded into the form as an attachment to the email.  Is it possible to do this?
