My average email open rate since switching over to Zoho Campaigns is under 10%. The previous platform we used (SharpSpring) was consistently in the mid-20s. I've seen past articles in this forum calling out similar issues with low deliverability, but most were from a while ago.
Is anyone else currently having this issue? Our SPF and DKIM are authenticated. We got our bounce rate down below 1%. Still no improvement.
I'm not sure how much longer I can justify marketing through Campaigns if only 10% of our client base are going to see the emails.
